Do you ship internationally?

Yes. I currently ship within Australia and internationally, including the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, and New Zealand. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact me directly and I will do my best to assist.

How are the works packaged?

Each vessel is professionally packed by Pack & Send using protective materials specifically selected for fragile ceramic artwork. Works are carefully prepared for transit using professional packing methods designed to minimize risk during shipping. Every piece is treated with the same level of care and attention that went into its creation.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and the size of the artwork.

Current estimated shipping rates for ‘The Sovereign Return’ are:

Australia: Free complimentary shipping & full package insurance
USA & Canada: from AUD $300
United Kingdom & Europe: from AUD $400
Rest of World: Please enquire for personal quote

These estimates are based on the largest works currently available. Smaller works may attract lower shipping costs. Please don’t hesitate to enquire via email.

Is shipping insured?

All works are shipped with tracking and door-to-door delivery. Additional freight warranty cover will be arranged based on the declared value of the artwork. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as possible so I can assist with the claims process.

Will I need to pay customs duties, taxes or tariffs?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the purchaser. As customs regulations vary between countries and may change over time, collectors are encouraged to familiarize themselves with any applicable import charges prior to purchase.

How long will my order take to ship?

As each artwork is carefully prepared for safe transit, please allow approximately 10–14 business days for packing and dispatch following purchase. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Do artworks come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. All original works are accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity documenting the title, date, materials, and artist details.

Are the vessels functional?

Each vessel is hand-built individually and carries the subtle variations inherent to handmade work. These qualities are considered part of the character and authenticity of the piece. Although many works are capable of functioning as vessels, they are created first and foremost as sculptural objects — intended to be lived with, contemplated and collected as artworks. Their value lies not in utility alone, but in the stories, symbolism and human presence embedded within their making.

Do you accept commissions?

Limited commissions may be accepted throughout the year depending on studio capacity. If you are interested in discussing a commission, please get in touch via the Contact page.
