Shipping & Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I currently ship within Australia and internationally, including the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and New Zealand.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact me directly and I will do my best to assist.
How are the works packaged?
Each vessel is carefully wrapped and packed using protective materials specifically chosen for fragile ceramic artwork.
I take great care in preparing each piece for transit and package every work as though it were my own collection.
Is shipping insured?
Yes. All works are shipped with tracking, and insurance is included where available through the selected shipping service.
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as possible so I can assist with the claims process.
How long will my order take to ship?
As each artwork is carefully prepared, please allow up to 10–14 business days for packing and dispatch following purchase.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Do artworks come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes.
All original works are accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity documenting the title, date, materials, and artist details.
Are the vessels functional?
While some works may be watertight, my vessels are created primarily as sculptural artworks and are intended to be appreciated as collectible art objects.
Specific care instructions will be provided where relevant.
Do you accept commissions?
Limited commissions may be accepted throughout the year depending on studio capacity.
If you are interested in discussing a commission, please get in touch via the Contact page.
